Hurry to Target!

I went to Target this morning and found a great deal I just had to report.  If you like Quaker products, this is for you!

There is a promotion going on where you buy 5 participating Quaker products and get a $5 Target gift card at checkout.  

Quaker Rice Snacks (including Quakes, Mini Delights and Rice Cakes) and Chewy Granola Bars are all on sale for $2 each.  There was a $1/1 coupon in the 1/18 Red Plum insert for any Rice Snack.  

Quaker True Delights are on sale for $2.50 each.  There are multiple $1/1 coupons from various Sunday inserts, and here is a link for a printable one.  Looks like you can print it multiple times if you hit your browser's "back" button a few times.

I bought 2 boxes of the Mini Delights and 3 bags of the Quakes, for a total of $10.  I used 5 $1/1 coupons for Rice Snacks, making my total $5.  I then got a $5 gift card, for a total of $0!  I can go back again and do the same thing, using the previous gift card and my total will be $0 out of pocket, and I'll get another gift card.

If you want to buy the chewy granola bars, there's a $.75/2 coupon from a Sunday insert.  You could buy 4 boxes of granola bars, and 1 box of Rice Snacks and pay only $2.50 after coupons and gift card.

If you want the True Delights, you could buy 5 boxes, use 5 $1/1 coupons and pay only $2.50 after coupons and gift card.

Mix and match for the best combination for your family.  

*Note: At some Target stores the $5 gift card promotion is not displayed by all the Quaker items that are included.  If you aren't sure if a specific item is included, scan it at one of those price checkers and it will say "$5 Gift Card with purchase" on the right side.  That will assure you that that item is included.
