Today I went to Rite Aid to score some free stuff (the wipes I've needed for a while; the rest is for my upcoming trip to Cabo). Rite Aid has had $10 off $30 purchase coupons online for a couple of weekends in a row now, so I've taken advantage of them 4 times now! Here's what I did today:
Purchase #1:
1 UltraTouch Mini Glucose Meter $19.99
1 pkg Rite Aid brand wipes (like Kandoo) $4.29
1 Die Cast Car $4.99
1 Sunday paper $2.00
Total: $31.27
Used $10/$30 Rite Aid coupon
$19.99 UltraTouch coupon
Total OOP: $1.28
Purchase #2:
1 UltraTouch Mini Glucose Meter $19.99
1 Barbie activity book (clearance) $1.74
1 pkg Rite Aid brand wipes (like Kandoo) $4.29
1 straw sippie cup $5.99
Total: $32.01
Used $10/$30 Rite Aid coupon
$20 UltraTouch coupon
Total OOP: $2.01
Now, I know what you're thinking, "What does she need with 2 glucose meters?" Personally, I don't need them, but they helped me get my purchase total high enough to use the Rite Aid coupon effectively. I will be contacting my local county health clinic to find out if I can donate them there.
*One note about Rite Aid coupons: unlike some other stores, these coupons are based on the total before coupons. It's called a "front end coupon".
